Financial Policy

Our staff is dedicated to making your visits to our office as pleasant as possible. This includes your peace of mind regarding payment for the services we provide. Payment should be made at the time of service. We ask for 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your first visit. For follow up appointments we ask for 24 hours notice. It is our policy to charge for missed appointments and late cancellations. If you have additional questions please call our office at 916 786-0695.
